Breakfast Sausage
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 30 cracks black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground sage
- 1/2 tsp ground thyme
- 1 tsp ground rosemary
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, using your hands.
- Form into thin 1/4 lb patties with wet hands
- Cook over medium-high heat until browned on both sides, flipping and pressing as needed to reach 145 degrees F. Don't overcook, remove immediately when ready.
