Herb-Crusted Halibut

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Pat the halibut fillets dry and place them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
  3. Brush the halibut generously with olive oil
  4. In a small bowl, stir together the pistachios, parsley, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper
  5. Spoon the nut and herb mixture evenly on the fish, spreading it out so the tops of the fillets are covered
  6. Bake the halibut until it flakes when pressed with a fork, about 20 minutes
  7. Serve immediately
