Cucumber Vinegar Salad

Full Recipe
  1. Whisk together water, white wine vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and dill in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add cucumbers, and red onion to the marinade. Stir to cover the vegetables with the liquid.
  3. Use plastic wrap to tightly cover the mixing bowl, and put it in the fridge until ready to serve. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
