Chop chard and blend with pasta sauce, mix with turkey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Smear some sauce in the bottom of a 9"x13" pan, then layer noodles, sauce, cheese, until ingredients are gone (usually 3 layers)
Sprinkle additional cheese on top
Bake covered with tin foil for 45 minutes
Uncover and bake 5-10 minutes until golden brown
This recipe is extremely versatile. You can substitute a different ground meat, use zucchini slices instead of noodles for a low carb option, add ricotta or cottage cheese for richer texture, or omit the cheese for a dairy free option.
